Nancy has been a long-time member of the board of the Indiana Writers’ Center and conducts writing and publishing workshops for the Center, about which she blogs on the site www.hawthornepub.com. “Researching and Developing Your Historical Novel,” “Publishing Your Non-fiction Book” and “Fifty Ways to Publish Your Book in the Modern Market” are some of the titles for recent workshops both in Indianapolis and other Hoosier cities. She has assisted Barbara Shoup, Executive Director of the Writers’ Center, at Eugene and Marilyn Glick Authors’ Days at the Indianapolis Public Library, hosting publishing workshops and keynoting there.
